Hazel Class

Today was anti-bullying day. We wore odd socks to raise money for The Anti-bullying Alliance. After discussing how we can change things by doing small things, we made snakes and ladders games to show which small acts of kindness could make someone go ‘up a ladder’ or what thoughtless or unkind actions may make someone ‘slip down a snake’.

That was a fantastic afternoon of badminton! Well done everyone!

We had a great day at Shepton Mallet Prison. We learnt about hard labour in Victorian times, crawled into cells that were hundreds of years old and learnt why children our age may have been sent there.

Check out the video of us in the exercise yard! We had to walk anti-clockwise in silence to help us turn back time to before when we had committed our crimes!
