Dropping Off 

In the morning, when you drop off your children from 8.40 am we would like you to use the front gate please for all children from Reception to Year 6.

September to January, new Reception families can walk their children up to the green gate.

From January, Reception children need to be dropped off at the front gate and will be met by their teacher at the side entrance to their classroom.

Collecting Children 

Reception to Year 6 children need to be collected from the front school gate.  The adult in charge of the class will dismiss the children directly to you via the gate. 

Children will not be permitted to walk home alone unless this has been previously arranged via an email or letter to the school office.  We will then only allow children in Year 5 & 6 to do this.

Children will be dismissed to their parents/carers or a permitted adult only. 

It is your responsibility to inform us when your arrangements change. If you need to change the adults who can collect your children then we require this in writing on a new form or in an email. 

It is also the responsibility of the parent to inform the office or a member of staff on the gate at drop off, if you need to change the arrangements for your child at short notice e.g.: a play date.
